The Institute for Telecommunications draws together experts from different fields connected to telecommunications and who provide consulting services. 

The Institute has collaborated on:
• preparation of tenders for telecommunications systems;
• financial analysis of proposed services;
• research of the telecommunications market;
• preparation of projects involving telecommunications equipment;
• development of mobile electronic payment systems;
• research into navigation systems; and
• development of systems for remote control.

The Institute offers consultancy and an evaluation of telecommunications projects, marketing strategies and technical solutions.
